Do you want a new PB for your half marathon? This is the plan for you. Take your half marathon pacing to a new level. Run past your competitors in the final kilometres, finishing strong, and achieving that goal time you set out for. Structured build, race week taper, and detailed race strategy.
Meet the Coach
Ryan Doyle
Endurance athlete for 7+ years- completed multiple sprint, OD and 70.3 distance tri’s along with many running events. Marathon and Ironman coming soon…
Physio for 4 years - I graduated from Melbourne Uni with Doctor of Physiotherapy after completing a Bachelor of Science (anatomy major) also at Melbourne Uni. I have worked in sports private practice full time and been a physio for elite level sport including VFL, VFLW, MBL1 and WMBL1. I have bike fit and running analysis expertise, along with tonnes of experience helping other endurance athletes manage injuries and return to running, cycling and swimming amongst other things.
I love my training, especially the hard bike and run sessions. I also love my food - one of the perks of training so much. And I love being able to help other people achieve their goals, especially after returning from injury. I live in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne and would love to help you out if you need a coach, physio, or both!
